Information we collect

When you use the online quoting and inquiry features on this site, we collect and store the following information to process your inquiry and follow-up quote:

  • Required: company name and contact person; at least one of a mobile number or email address.
  • Optional: WeChat ID and a second contact method.
  • Quote configuration: the pattern, substrate, process, dimensions, quantity, accuracy, and other parameters you select.
  • Application scenario and special requirements: an optional free-text note (up to 1,000 characters) used only for manual review and communication; it does not affect the automatic price.
  • Drawing files: the design files you upload (PDF, DXF, DWG, AI, CDR, PNG, JPG).

Prices are calculated and confirmed by the server against the currently published pricing rules; the amount shown on the page reflects the server’s calculated result.

How we use the information

The information above is used only to generate your quote, communicate order details with you, and carry out engineering review and production for custom drawings. We do not use your contact details or drawings for anything unrelated to this inquiry, and we do not sell them to unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

  • Data and drawing files are stored in mainland China.
  • Drawings are held in private object storage, and back-office downloads use short-lived signed links; the server does not execute or render your uploaded design files, and scans them for safety before storing.
  • We enforce size and type limits on uploads (up to 20 MB per file and 50 MB total per inquiry), and apply rate limiting and CAPTCHA checks against abnormal access.
  • Server logs do not record full mobile numbers, email bodies, or file contents.

Retention period

  • Contact information, drawing files, and the application scenario / special requirements note you provide are retained for 2 years by default. After that, the system automatically deletes the drawings and anonymizes the record: contact information and free-text notes are removed, keeping only the non-identifying quote and configuration record for statistics.
  • You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your inquiry information before the retention period ends.

Source of product records

The historical product titles, images, and source links in the product archive are compiled from Ruihua Optical’s Taobao enterprise store and 1688 store materials, for source verification. The prices, minimum order quantities, and transaction information shown on those platforms may change with the original pages.

The site contains links to third-party platforms such as Taobao and 1688. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies and data-handling rules; please review the relevant platform’s notice after you leave this site.
