Information we collect

When you use the online quoting and inquiry features on this site, we collect and store the following information to process your inquiry and follow-up quote:

  • Required: company name and contact person; at least one of a mobile number or email address.
  • Optional: WeChat ID and a second contact method.
  • Quote configuration: the pattern, substrate, process, dimensions, quantity, accuracy, and other parameters you select.
  • Application scenario and special requirements: an optional free-text note (up to 1,000 characters) used only for manual review and communication; it does not affect the automatic price.
  • Drawing files: the design files you upload (PDF, DXF, DWG, AI, CDR, PNG, JPG).
  • Customer account: your registration email, password hash, email verification and sign-in session information, and the name and phone number you choose to provide.
  • Transaction records: quotation versions, the time and terms of your acceptance, orders, currency, amounts and confirmed payments. We record the IP address and browser information when a quotation is accepted as part of the confirmation record.
  • Transfer receipts: the amount and bank reference you declare, uploaded receipt files (PDF, PNG or JPG), and our finance team’s verification records. Uploading a receipt does not mark an order as paid.

Prices are calculated and confirmed by the server against the currently published pricing rules; the amount shown on the page reflects the server’s calculated result.

How we use the information

We use this information to handle enquiries and quotations, manage accounts, confirm orders, reconcile payments, and carry out engineering review and production for custom drawings. We do not sell your contact details or drawings to unrelated third parties. Email and cloud providers process the data needed to deliver notifications, hosting and file storage. Where shipping or customs services are required, we provide the relevant service providers with the information needed to fulfil the order.

Storage and security

  • Our application, database and private file storage are currently hosted in Hong Kong, China. Notifications are sent through our configured email provider; email transit and mailbox storage locations depend on the provider and the recipient’s settings.
  • Drawings are held in private object storage, and back-office downloads use short-lived signed links; the server does not execute or render your uploaded design files, and scans them for safety before storing.
  • We enforce size and type limits on uploads (up to 20 MB per file and 50 MB total per inquiry), and apply rate limiting and CAPTCHA checks against abnormal access.
  • Server logs do not record full mobile numbers, email bodies, or file contents.

Retention period

  • Contact information, drawing files and application / special requirement notes in an enquiry are retained for 2 years by default. The scheduled cleanup deletes enquiry drawings and removes contact details and free-text notes from the enquiry.
  • Customer accounts, formal quotations, acceptance snapshots, orders, payment records and transfer receipts are stored separately for transaction processing, reconciliation and disputes. They are outside that enquiry cleanup. We review deletion requests against outstanding transactions and applicable record retention needs; anonymizing an enquiry does not delete all related transaction records.
  • You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your inquiry information before the retention period ends.

Analytics and local storage

  • After you choose to allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 and Baidu Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and on-site interactions such as quote-button clicks. Analytics does not include contact details, requirement text, or files submitted through the inquiry forms.
  • Google and Baidu may receive the IP address, page URL, referrer, and device information. Google Analytics data may be processed outside mainland China. Processing and retention are also governed by the providers’ policies and this site’s analytics configuration.
  • Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Rejecting analytics does not affect product browsing or inquiry features; clearing this site’s browser data lets you choose again.

Source of product records

The historical product titles, images, and source links in the product archive are compiled from Ruihua Optical’s Taobao enterprise store and 1688 store materials, for source verification. The prices, minimum order quantities, and transaction information shown on those platforms may change with the original pages.

The site contains links to third-party platforms such as Taobao, 1688, and Douyin. Third-party sites have their own privacy policies and data-handling rules; please review the relevant platform’s notice after you leave this site.
